Uses of Corriander

Leaves have a strong aromatic flavour  and Chopped leaves may be used in curries, chutneys & stews

Seeds are used in sweet and savory food.  And are particularly favoured in Indian,  North African and Indonesian cooking.

 

Growing Corriander

Use  dry light soil in sunny sheltered position
