Cullinary Uses of lemon grass

Used to impart a lemon flavour to any meal sweet or savory. 

Frequently used in oriental dishes epecially in stir fries

The chopped leaves make a great lemon flavoured tea. They may also be used to add a lemon flavour to other herb teas

Medicinal Uses of Lemon Grass

Taken as a nerve tonic in the form of an infusion (tea).
